Led a core team of six programmers in the development of the National Digital Library of Bhutan (NDLB). NDBL is a powerful digital library for use by all Bhutan government agencies & schools that provides tools for long term storage and delivery of texts, images, and videos. It is fully localized to the Dzongkha language in terms of interface and content. The project is developed in Ruby on Rails and is open source. |
